Conference
Database
Now that the Corporate
Conference market is showing positive signs of recovery, businesses are
returning to company events and more than ever seek value for money.
Our Corporate databases
which specifically target the Functions and Conference Co-ordinators
offer you direct access to these important decision makers.
Whether you are profiling
your property and creating brand awareness or you have exclusive
opportunities for Corporates; personalised direct marketing either by
mail, email, or a combination of both ensures your venue will be a
valuable consideration when conference decisions are being made.
Currently we have around
3000 Conference Co-ordinators nationwide - with 1100 in the Auckland
region. Over 95% of these records include an email address.

Selection
Fee to Rise - Special Offer
Our
Selection of $150.00 per order is due
to rise to $200.00 per order on the 31st May 2010.
What is a Selection Fee?
Unlike many other List Owners, Martins do not have minimum quantities
(typically 1000 records plus). As we have very specialised lists, we
can often have low numbers so we have a Selection Fee instead. This
covers the time to run counts, pull the data and supply (normally via
email). $200.00 is still at the lower end of the market for a
Selection/Set Up fee.

Emailing
- E-newsletters how we can help
Email
marketing is easy, fast,
in-expensive and, in most cases, yields the highest ROI. We can help
with sending your email message utilising our many years of emailing
experience giving you the benefit of answers to the following questions:
- What subject lines get
the best open rates?
- Are there any words
that I should avoid?
- How long should our
email be?
- When is the best time
of the day to send our email?
It's also advisable to
use multi-channels e.g. send a postcard, then an email to remind people
of an upcoming event, or the launch of a new product. Send a
confirmation letter and product information they have asked for,
followed by a voice message asking if they have received it. When you
tie everything together, you'll get a powerful reinforced campaign.
Martins can send your
email newsletter with our specialised software which tracks
click-throughs, open rates, forwards to colleagues, and unsubcribes. We
provide full in-depth reporting in Excel spreadsheets, which will give
you all the facts you need to measure your marketing message.

Quick
tips for successful Email newsletters:
It's
all about the
reader, not you. What's in it for the reader? Benefits, information
relevant to their role?
- Think about your
competition - not your business competition, but the competition for
their eyeballs and their time to read your news.
- Include bullet points
of what's in your e-news and a click-through to that part of the
message - so they can only read what they want.
- Headlines aren't
enough - have the most interesting part of the news in the email and
the remainder linked to your website for "the whole story". e.g. Case
Studies, or product features
- Have a goal, what do
you want to convey to your prospects - try not to have too much
information in your message.
- Have click-throughs to
drive customers to your website for further information - and make sure
you can track this information - it makes your emails measurable, and
enables you to analyse what your client is really interested in.
